Most pet hair removers are afterthoughts. Cheap plastic gadgets that live in a drawer and look apologetic on a shelf. We thought we could do better.

Shedd is a single, well-made tool. A precision metal blade fixed in a warm wood handle, engraved with our wordmark and shipped in a drawer-style rigid box. It costs £16.99. There are no refills, no batteries, no subscription. It's built to last for years.

Why we made it

If you've lived with a shedding dog or cat on a British carpet, you'll know two things. First, your vacuum doesn't get it all. It skims the surface and gives up. Second, every other option on the market is either disposable (sticky lint rollers, in the bin every week) or cheap (£8 plastic scrapers from Amazon that snap after a season).

So we made the tool we wanted. Properly designed, properly made. The blade is precision-set to lift hair without damaging carpet fibres. The wood handle is solid, weighty, warm to the hand. The box it ships in is the kind you'd happily give as a gift.

Wool, synthetic, low-pile, deep-pile. Shedd was tested on hundreds of British carpets across dozens of homes before we shipped a single unit. We're a small operation based in Buckinghamshire and we ship from the UK.
