30-day returns, no questions asked.
If you're not happy with your Shedd, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation, no return reason required.
How to return a Shedd
- Email hello@shedd.co.uk with your order number and let us know you'd like to return it
- We'll reply within one working day with the return address
- Pack the Shedd back in its original drawer-style box and post it
- Once we receive it, we'll refund the full purchase price within 5 working days
The detail
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty. In that case we cover return shipping and replacement.
Does the Shedd need to be unused?
No. We expect you'll have tried it. We just ask that it comes back in its original drawer-style box, with the blade wiped clean.
What if my Shedd arrives damaged?
Email a photo of the damage and the packaging to hello@shedd.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement and arrange a return at no cost to you.
What if my Shedd is faulty?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a refund, repair or replacement if the product is faulty. Email hello@shedd.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may then take 3 to 10 working days to show the refund on your statement, depending on the card and bank.
Can I return part of an order?
Yes. If you bought multiple Shedds and want to return some but not all, just let us know in your email and we'll refund the items you're sending back.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
