Free UK delivery. 2 to 3 working days.

We ship every Shedd order from our base in Buckinghamshire via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free delivery to all UK addresses.

Dispatch times

• Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday: dispatched same-day
• Order after 2pm or on weekends: dispatched the next working day
• UK bank holidays: dispatched on the next working day

Delivery times

• UK mainland: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch
• Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't seen it after 24 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder, then email us.

International shipping

We currently ship to the UK only.

We're working on opening up shipping to Europe and the Republic of Ireland. If you'd like to be told as soon as it launches, sign up to our email list at the bottom of any page.

What happens if I'm not in?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 will leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if you're out, or take it to your local sorting office for collection. You'll get a card explaining what happened and what to do next.

What's in the parcel?

Shedd ships in its drawer-style rigid box, inside a slim recycled-card outer mailer to protect it in transit. No bubble wrap, no plastic packaging, no marketing inserts. Just the product, ready to use or to give.

Damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage and the packaging to hello@shedd.co.uk within 7 days. We'll send a replacement and arrange a return at no cost to you.
