These terms set out the basis on which you can buy from Shedd. By placing an order at shedd.co.uk you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Shedd is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom.

Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shedd. "You" refers to the person buying from us.

2. Eligibility

To buy from us you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom. We currently sell and ship to UK addresses only.

3. Our products

We've made every effort to show our products accurately on the website, including colour, materials and size. Slight variations in appearance can occur due to your screen settings or photography. We don't warrant that the appearance of the product on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.

Product descriptions and prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we've already accepted.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email. If we can't accept your order (because the product is out of stock, for example, or because we suspect the order is fraudulent), we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.

We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we believe the order is for resale or commercial use rather than personal or household use.

5. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free for UK addresses; this is set out in our shipping policy.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown on the website. If your payment fails, we won't process or dispatch your order until payment is successfully taken.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day and deliver within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand the parcel to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
